The Hope Spectrum

Care that grows alongside your child.

Three programs, one continuous journey — from a child’s first words to a life they navigate on their own. Children can move between them as they grow, and every program builds toward the same goal: graduating from services.

The foundation years. Your child develops essential communication, social, and daily living skills through fun, meaningful learning opportunities woven into everyday activities, with caregivers coached alongside from week one.

Hope Builders

Where hope takes shape.

As children grow, ABA therapy helps those early skills come together for a bigger world — clearer communication, real friendships, growing independence, and a steadier handle on big emotions. We help your child strengthen each of these and practice them in the places they matter most: school, home, and play. Little by little, what they learn with us becomes something they can do on their own.

Hope Navigators

Where hope finds its way.

Adulthood looks different for every young person, so this stage starts with where yours is headed — and meets them right there. Individualized ABA therapy focuses on the skills that matter most for their path: living as independently as possible, speaking up for themselves, and preparing for life after school, whatever shape it takes. We follow your teen’s lead, building toward the future that’s right for them.

Why Spectrum of Hope

One team, from age two to adulthood.

Help can look different at three than it does at thirteen. We have spent nearly twenty years learning how to follow a child through all of it.

Care Across Childhood and Adolescence

Our services are designed to meet children where they are developmentally, offering ABA therapy that adapts as skills, goals, and environments change over time.

Flexible Service Settings

We meet families where they are. Spectrum of Hope offers ABA therapy in center-based, in-home, school, and community settings — matched to what is clinically recommended for your child, so care fits naturally into everyday life.

Family-Centered Support

You’re never navigating this alone. Our admissions and clinical teams work alongside families with clear communication, guidance, and support from the first call forward — and graduation from services is the goal from day one.

Getting started takes four steps.

Most of it is on us. You make one call, and our team handles the insurance, the paperwork, and the scheduling from there.

STEP 01

You call, we listen

Tell us about your child and what you are hoping for them. We will walk you through the whole process from there, and gather the few documents we need to get your family started.

STEP 02

You meet your BCBA

The evaluation is mostly play. From there we sit down with you and shape the goals that matter most to your family, then match your child to the Hope Spectrum program that fits where they are.

STEP 03

We get you authorized

We submit the plan to your insurance and follow the authorization through ourselves. You will know what your plan covers, and what it does not, before anything starts.

STEP 04

You begin

Sessions start at a center, at home, at school, or wherever your child needs them most. You are part of it from the first day, and your team keeps you close as things unfold.

Insurance

In network with the plans most Texas families carry.

We verify your specific benefits before anything is scheduled, and put what to expect in writing. Do not see your plan? Call us anyway — coverage changes often, and we will check for you.

Questions parents ask us first.

What is ABA therapy, in plain terms?

+

It is a way of teaching skills in small, repeatable steps, and of understanding why a behavior is happening before trying to change it. Day to day it looks like play, routine, and patience, with a clinician paying close attention to what is actually working.

Should we come to a center, or have someone come to our home?

+

Center works well when a child benefits from peers, routine, and a space built for therapy. In-home works well when the goals live at home: mealtimes, siblings, bedtime, getting out the door. Plenty of families do both, and we make an honest recommendation at the evaluation.

Do we need a diagnosis before we call?

+

No. Call first. If a diagnosis is needed for your insurance, we will explain exactly what that involves and where to go next.

Our child is aging out of ECI at three. What happens then?

+

This is one of the most common calls we get. Hope Sparks is built for ages two to six, so there is no gap in services when ECI ends. Our Cypress center is entirely for these youngest years, which means no older kids in the building.

Does insurance cover it?

+

We are in network with BCBS, UHC, Aetna, Magellan, Curative, Tricare, and Cigna. We verify your specific benefits before anything is scheduled, so you know what to expect in writing first.

What does a day actually look like?

+

Arrival and a familiar routine, one-on-one work woven through play, time with other children, snack, movement, and rest. Goals are built into the day rather than drilled at a desk, and the schedule is paced for a child’s stamina.

What ages do you serve?

+

From age two into adulthood. Hope Sparks covers ages two to six, Hope Builders six to eleven, and Hope Navigators twelve and up.

Careers

Come do the work you trained for.

We hire BCBAs, RBTs, and center staff across both metros. Supervision is in the building and caseloads are set so you can do this well.
