What to have ready
None of these are required to get in touch. For the intake form, having them nearby can get you started faster.
Front and back, for the plan that covers your child.
The evaluation from your pediatrician, psychologist, or developmental specialist. If you need help getting a diagnosis, we can guide you.
Their birthday, where they spend their days, and any therapies they are already receiving.
Days and times that work for sessions, and whether you prefer center, in-home, or school.
After you reach out
Whichever path you choose, the same admissions team walks with you through every step, handles insurance, and keeps you informed from first call to first session.

We call you back
Our local admissions team reaches out within one business day. If you only sent the contact form, this is when we gather the rest of the intake details with you over the phone.
We verify your benefits
We contact your insurance plan, confirm ABA coverage, and explain exactly what to expect for copays or deductibles before anything is scheduled.
Meet your child’s BCBA
Your Board Certified Behavior Analyst completes a comprehensive assessment and builds an individualized plan around the goals that matter most to your family.
Your child gets started
We submit the plan for authorization and schedule your first sessions at a center, in your home, or wherever your child needs us most.
Questions families ask us
Don’t see your question? Send it to us or call 833-543-7768.

Does my child need a diagnosis before we reach out?
No. Reach out whenever you are ready. Insurance plans do require an autism diagnosis before ABA therapy can begin, so if your child has not been evaluated yet, our team will help you find a provider and get that scheduled.
Which form should I fill out?
If you want to ask questions or are still deciding, use the short contact form and we will call you. If you already know you want to enroll, the intake form gets insurance verification started right away.
Which insurance plans do you accept?
We are in network with Aetna (WebTPA, Meritain), BCBS, ChampVA, Cigna, Curative, Community Health Choice (Premium plans only), Centivo, Compsych, Magellan, Memorial Hermann, Baylor Scott & White, TriWest, UMR, Optum/UHC, and more. We verify your specific plan and explain the benefits before your first appointment is scheduled.
How long does it take to start therapy?
It depends mostly on insurance authorization and center availability. Sending the intake form with your insurance card and diagnosis report is the fastest way to move through the process, and our admissions team will give you a realistic timeline on the first call.
Can therapy happen at home or at school?
Yes. We offer center-based, in-home, school, and community settings, and many families combine them. Our clinical team will help you decide the most appropriate setting for services.
Is there a cost to get started?
There is no charge for the consultation or benefits verification. Any copays or deductibles depend on your plan, and we walk you through them before scheduling.
We would love to hear from you.
Submit our form and our local admissions team will be in touch within one business day.
Hours vary by location. Leave a message anytime and we will call you back.
