Spectrum of Hope has welcomed teens and young adults since 2011, so the team that celebrates first words at 4 can still be in your child’s corner at 14. From 2 to 20, our care grows with them.

Does insurance cover ABA therapy in Texas?
Most commercial health plans in Texas cover ABA therapy for children with an autism diagnosis. Spectrum of Hope is in-network with most major Texas payors, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and Optum / UnitedHealthcare. Share your plan and we will verify your benefits and explain exactly what is covered before your first visit.
Is my child too old for ABA therapy?
No. Many ABA programs end enrollment around age 8 or 10, but Spectrum of Hope serves children, teens, and young adults from 2 to 20, and we have welcomed older learners since 2011. The teen years are some of the most important years for independence, self-advocacy, and real-world skills.
Do you offer in-home ABA therapy near me?
Yes. Our in-home teams serve the greater Houston metro and DFW, and we have centers in Cypress, Tomball, Magnolia, and River Oaks near Fort Worth. Depending on your child’s age, our team can also join them in daycare, school, and community settings.
What if we do not have a diagnosis yet?
Reach out anyway. Many families first call us while still waiting on an evaluation, and we can help you understand the road ahead and what your plan will require. If you already have a diagnosis, we will verify your benefits and get moving.
How many hours per week is ABA therapy?
It depends on your child’s assessment and goals. Focused plans may run around 10 to 15 hours per week, while comprehensive early intervention often runs 25 or more. Your BCBA recommends hours after the assessment, and we build the schedule around your family, school, and daycare rhythm rather than the other way around.
