Find your fit

Different paths. Same purpose.

Different roles, different starting points. Pick the one that sounds like you.

Start as an RBT

For people new to ABA, students, and career changers

  • No experience required. We provide 3 weeks of comprehensive paid training to start, plus ongoing training once you’re on the floor.
  • You’re never alone in a session. A BCBA supervises and coaches you from day one.
  • This is a career, not a gig. Our clinical directors started where you’re starting.

Grow as a BCBA

For credentialed analysts and trainees finishing fieldwork

  • A quarterly bonus tied to clinical quality, not hours billed. We reward you for the care you deliver, not for squeezing in more sessions.
  • Small, manageable caseloads that protect against burnout and let you do your best clinical work.
  • Real clinical autonomy. You write the plans you believe in, supported by clinical leadership who’ve been in your seat.
  • Supervision hours and mentorship for trainees on the path to certification.

Run the engine

For intake, scheduling, billing, and operations talent

  • Families reach care because of you. Intake and scheduling are frontline roles here.
  • Small teams, real ownership, and direct access to leadership.
  • Healthcare operations experience welcome, but a sharp mind matters more.

Why clinicians choose us

A clinician-led organization, built the way clinicians wish ABA worked.

Sharyn Kerr, PhD, BCBA-D, CEO of Spectrum of Hope

Led by a doctoral-level BCBA, not just a boardroom

Our CEO is a doctoral-level Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D), and clinical leaders help guide the whole organization. That means the people setting direction here understand caseloads, supervision, and what good care actually takes, because they’ve done the work themselves.

👥

Small teams, real support

We schedule RBTs in small teams alongside a dedicated BCBA, so you always have a clinical leader close by who knows you and your clients.

🎯

Rewarded for quality, not volume

Our BCBA bonus is tied to clinical quality, not hours billed. We measure what’s good for clients, not just what’s billable.

🗓️

We invest in our people

Regular team meetings, ongoing training, and real mentorship. You’re part of a team here, not a name on a schedule.

The path up

Room to grow, and a clear way to get there.

Many of our clinical leaders started as RBTs. The path from where you begin to where you’re headed is mapped out, supported, and real.

1

RBT

Deliver 1:1 therapy. We train you and sponsor your RBT certification through the BACB.

2

Student Analyst

A bridge role for RBTs enrolled in ABA master’s programs.

3

BCBA

Lead your own caseload with real clinical autonomy and support.

4

Assistant Clinical Director

Mentor BCBAs and shape clinical quality at your center.

5

Clinical Director

Own outcomes, culture, and growth for an entire clinic.

Working toward your BCBA? We structure your supervised fieldwork hours inside your job, so you’re earning while you accrue, with mentors who’ve passed the exam you’re studying for.
The honest part

This work is real. So is the support.

Great ABA work takes patience and heart. We want you to know what the day really feels like, so you can picture yourself in it.

What this work asks of you

  • Patience on the hard days. Progress in ABA is measured in small, earned wins.
  • Reliability. Kids and families build routines around you, and consistency is part of the therapy itself.
  • Energy. You’ll be on the floor playing, teaching, and moving for much of your day.
  • Heart and a thick skin in the same week. Some sessions are joyful, some are tough.

What we give back

  • Training before you’re ever expected to perform, and coaching long after.
  • A supervisor whose actual job is your success, not just your billable hours.
  • A real path to grow, with people here who’ve walked it before you.
  • The moment a child says a first word or masters a skill, and you knowing you were part of it.
